BridgePort Brewing Celebrates 30 Years

BridgePort Brewing, Oregon’s oldest craft brewery, will be honoring three decades of brewing by releasing a set of three beers, The BridgePort Trilogy Series, in 2014.

Brewmaster Jeff Edgerton chose his favorite variety of hops, Crystal, to use in the first beer in the series. The varietal is known for its spice and citrus notes and was used to dry-hop the pale ale that will be available January 2014. The other two beers in the series will be released in May and September, available where all BridgePort beers are sold. Fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite beer from the series and the winning brew will return as a year-long offering in 2015.
